As an Arise® Agent you will have the choice of 3 different headset packages to choose from. All are high quality noise canceling headsets with a full featured dial pad. These packages are being offered at a substantial discount to Arise® agents only. Please read the information carefully so you can choose the correct package that will suit your needs. What do you need?

1. Purchase the HP100 dial pad which will be used as a stand alone phone* and will plug into your standard wall outlet. This dial pad comes with a 3 year repair warranty. *This IS a phone and no other phone is required.
2. You will need to decide which headset you would like. You can choose from hearing from one or both ears. The headsets come with a bottom cord which will plug directly into the HP100 Dial pad. Each model headset has a different repair warranty 1, 2 and 3 years.
3. Training headset (VoIP) - If you don't already have a headset that plugs into your computer for training, then you will need to purchase a computer cord with your headset/dial pad package. This cord will plug into the headset that comes with the package you choose eliminating the need to purchase an additional headset. So this entire package would be 1 headset, 1 dial pad and 1 computer cord.

How to place your order: You may place your order through this website or by calling 877-239-3030. Please mention that you are an Arise agent to receive these special prices.

Shipping: WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.  PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS WHEN CHECKING OUT. We ship from Florida UPS Ground or USPS depending on the cost of the shipiment. Shipping charges are as follows: Up to $20.00 = $5.50, $20.01 to $100.00 = $9.95, $100.01 to $200.00 = $13.95, $200.01 to $299.99 $17.95 and over $300.00 free within the continental US. If you prefer expedited shipping such as 3 day, 2 day or overnight, please call 877-239-3030 to place your order and to obtain the additional shipping cost. We have the option to ship order place $20.00 via USPS.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on any packages that are refused. CANADIAN  customers
(or anyone outside of the domestic USA) MUST call their order into us. This website will not calculate shipping out of the domestic US.

Tax: Florida customers will be charged the applicable sales tax.

DOA: We will replace a unit if it becomes defective within the first 30 days. After 30 days your repair warranty of 90 days, 1, 2 or 3 years will go into effect. Call Craig at 877-239-3030 or email craig@comfortel.com for information on replacing a DOA unit.

Repairs: Your equipment is warranted for either 90 days, 6 months, 1, 2 or 3 years from the month of purchase as indicated on this website. It is the your responsibility to return the equipment to us for warranty repair or replacement.  We will return the equipment to you via UPS Ground at no cost to the customer during the warranty period. Ship repairs to: Comfort Telecommunications, Inc, 1407 SE 47th Terrace, Cape Coral FL 33904. Please include your name, contact phone number and return shipping information. We regret that we are unable to send out a loaner unit while yours is being repaired.

Returns: You have 30 days to return equipment for a refund minus the shipping cost. Any missing paperwork or equipment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or the cost of the missing equipment.
